Dr David Palombo is an EFP Board Certified Specialist in Periodontology and Implants with a profound interest for the use of microsurgical techniques in the treatment of periodontal and peri-implant diseases and conditions.

He graduated from the University of Milan to further complete a Master in Soft Tissue Management Around Teeth and Implants at the University of Bologna, followed by an Msc, the three-year Master in Periodontology and Implants and his PhD at the University Complutense of Madrid, where he is currently a research fellow.

Dr. Palombo is an avid lecturer in Europe, USA and Asia, with over 80 lectures across more than 15 countries in the past 5 years.

He received several awards for his clinical and research activities, including the 2024 YITI World Series Grand Award, the 2023 Osteology International Case Session Award, the 2022 SEPA best Research Oral Communication Award, and the 2021 SIdP Vogel Memorial Prize for the best clinical case.
